As the world lurches from one crisis to the next, the ongoing instability has caused many people to reevaluate all aspects of their lives. What do we really value?.What makes us happy? How do we maintain our mental and spiritual well-being while the world around us changes so quickly? The Dharma Realm Buddhist Young Adults (DRBY) invites you to explore these questions with us at our 11th Annual Spring Conference. We hope this conference will provide you with guidance and inspiration for the road ahead.

Berkeley Buddhist Monastery aspires to provide a safe haven of tranquility and wisdom in an urban environment. A daily schedule of monastic practices anchors the classes, lectures and cultural programs that combine to make this monastery one of the more active spiritual centers of the Bay Area.
